EquiNet Mission
EquiNet is a project by BIWOC* Rising.
BIWOC* Rising’s mission is to promote entrepreneurial opportunities, sustainable growth, and greater justice for entrepreneurs throughout Germany. A key component of this work is building strong and sustainable bridges between organizations like yours and entrepreneurs from marginalized communities. The goal is to create the conditions for truly inclusive leadership, equal participation, and collective innovation.

Mission 1: Empower
We empower marginalized BIPOC businesses through targeted support, resources, and knowledge transfer. Our goal is to foster entrepreneurial agency, enable economic stability, and create long-term growth prospects. In this way, we contribute to dismantling existing structural barriers and promoting self-determined entrepreneurship.
Mission 2: Equip
We are committed to ensuring that organizations understand and embed diversity, equality, and inclusion (DEI) as an integral part of their business practices. Through consulting, training, and strategic support, we assist them in sustainably implementing DEI within their internal structures and across their respective areas of operation.
Mission 3: Connect
We are creating an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem by strategically connecting marginalized entrepreneurs with white-owned small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Through these connections, we foster exchange on equal footing, joint innovation, and responsible collaboration across existing power and access barriers. Our offers
We offer practical workshops, consultations, and lectures on inclusive entrepreneurship, diversity, equity & inclusion, and sustainable organizational development. Our formats are aimed at marginalized entrepreneurs, organizations, and teams who want to effectively shape structural change.
