Der Begriff „BIPoC” steht für „Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour” (Schwarze, Indigene und People of Colour).

Workshop
Finding your Voice: Language, Power & Economic Confidence
Yolanda Rother, co-founder of The Impact Company will explore how language acts as a gatekeeper in entrepreneurship funding, hiring and in institutional partnerships.
Who is this event for?
This session is specifically aimed at the BIPoC community. The term "BIPoC" stands for "Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour." "Indigenous" refers primarily to colonial structures. Since racialization is complex and intersectional and depends heavily on historical, geographical, social, political, and societal contexts, it is essential that all participants have the right to decide for themselves how they identify.
